From June 1 through September 30, Cape Light Compact will automatically adjust the temperature on the enrolled thermostat in your home or small business by no more than 4 degrees for no more than 4 hours, when it detects a high energy demand event. There will be no more than 15 adjustments and these will occur on non-holidays. You can opt out of peak energy event adjustments at any time from your mobile device, web browser, or thermostat.
