Enroll and receive up to $100 from BGE's Connected Rewards℠ program
How It Works
If you are a BGE residential electric customer with a qualifying Amazon Smart Thermostat for cooling, you can receive $50 for each thermostat you enroll in BGE’s Connected Rewards program. Plus, you will receive an additional $50 (per thermostat) each year you stay in the program.
Cut Cost, Not Comfort
BGE will automatically adjust the temperature on the enrolled thermostat by no more than four degrees when energy demand is high – usually during the summer months when both homes and businesses are using higher amounts of air conditioning. There will be a maximum of 15 adjustment events and these will occur on non-holiday weekdays, except in the case of emergency events. You can opt out of adjustment events at any time from your mobile device, web browser or thermostat.
