During periods of high electricity demand (‘events’), enrolled thermostats may adjust briefly and within defined limits. Customers can override any event at any time using their device or corresponding smartphone app.

In addition to enrollment, customers can receive up to $120 in additional rewards based on the extent of their participation (subject to the pilot’s terms and conditions).
