When you join the Small Commercial Flex DR Pilot, you'll get rewarded for allowing small, temporary temperature adjustments during periods of high energy use. If you have a qualifying smart thermostat, we’ll send you $150 for enrolling in the pilot program. If you don’t have a smart thermostat yet, we’ll install one at no cost to you simply for signing up.

From June 1st – September 30th and November 1st – March 31st, Georgia Power may occasionally adjust the temperature by no more than 4 degrees on the enrolled thermostat(s) in your home for less than four hours during periods of peak energy demand. Events will not occur on weekends or holidays, except in the event of a rare system emergency. You can opt out of peak energy events from your mobile device, web browser or thermostat.
