Sawnee EMC will reward you for conserving energy by making small, temporary adjustments to your smart thermostat during peak energy demand.

You can opt out of thermostat adjustments at any time from your mobile device, web browser or thermostat.

Connected thermostats make it easy and convenient to manage your home’s energy use. You can adjust your thermostat on the go, or simply set an automatic schedule that optimizes your energy usage based on your routine. And by signing up with Sawnee EMC, you’ll receive additional rewards.
By enrolling your thermostat in Sawnee Smart Savers, you agree to let Sawnee EMC make brief, limited adjustments to your thermostat during times of peak electric demand. You’ll earn up to $30 for each thermostat you enroll in the program. Following each month you stay during the summer season (June, July, and August), you will earn a $10 electric bill credit.
