CPS Energy will reward you with rebates for conserving energy and allowing CPS Energy to make temporary adjustments to your smart thermostat during peak energy demand.

You can opt out of thermostat adjustments at any time from your thermostat, mobile device, or web browser.

Connected thermostats make it easy and convenient to manage your home’s energy use. You can adjust your thermostat on the go, or simply set an automatic schedule that optimizes your energy usage based on your routine. And by signing up with CPS Energy, you’ll receive additional rewards.
By enrolling your thermostat in WiFi Thermostat Rewards, you agree to let CPS Energy make brief, limited adjustments to your thermostat during times of peak electric demand. As a thank you for participating, you’ll earn $85 for each thermostat you enroll in the first year, plus an additional $30 bill credit each year per household.
